I'd be amazed if we didn't land a striker in the window, it was discussed throughout last season. Still a while to go before it closes so time will tell.

Fingers crossed - we need the same players now thst we needed last window…. Hope we do better business and solve key weaknesses or it’s another nearly there season…signs look good for a CM at least but need a striker for sure.

a top striker should have been signed 2 seasons ago SY, you lack squad depth as has been proven when Odegaard was out and now Saka, your wingers martinnever and Drossard only produce in short bursts but even when they do produce good crosses there is nobody to get on the end of them, put this season down as a write off and start again next season. but if Mikel is still in charge then expect more of the same unless you get a DOF in who will bring in players befitting of a club who want to be serious challengers, apologies for the negativity because you are close, just not close enough imo mate.
