It can't be just me who doesn't want MO back at the club. He didn't really add much to the team last season while on loan. I don't see the obsession with him by Arteta.

I think he's a good player, promising and talented. I'm not sure that he is a game changer or a difference maker.

Going forward, those are the players I want, and we shouldn't be spending 50M on a someone who can't single-handedly change the course of the game.

Great player in his day just didn`t do it often enough for us . Left a sour taste when signed on for £350 000 a week . World Cup winner though COYG ( Being serious think we can get better for the money )

ERS is better in my opinion and more importantly he's our player so if he fulfils his full potential it's Arsenal who benefit long-term not Real.

Improving other people's young players isn't the way forward in my opinion.

And I agree with everyone, he's alright but nothig exceptional and not worth the fee quoted and I'd rather we left him at Madrid. there's a reason noones biting their hand off for him.

Blew hot and cold - didn’t think he could change a game. I wouldn’t want him and ESR in the same team which we done

I would prefer we spend 50m elsewhere and keep playing ESR.

I actually really liked him. I think we are judging him too harshly - 6 months in a new league and new country as a young man, and we looked better with him on the pitch. I would be happy with him returning.

I think loans from big clubs are ok to cover injury to experienced players but other than that are a temporary fix that just kicks a problem down the road rather than fixes it.

Promote from within or buying is the only solution that can work long term.

Agree with wire. He looked tidy on the ball and definitely had class, plus seemed like a good egg. Pretty sure Arteta rushed him back from a niggle and, very much like our own season, it fizzed out for him a little. The type of player we should be going for at the right price. I'd much rather him than Maddison, who seems a bit of a prick who believes his own hype. The BooHoo man colections say it all.
