I know what you are saying 62 but if you want to win you should strengthen when you are strong as it improves the odds of winning plus we all knew the squad had holes. We shouldn’t be afraid to get better. Wenger did it ever summer up until the point we stood still and weakened every summer . Why let fate determine if we win or not when we know the best team will win and we have weaknesses. The bench against Newcastle was embarrassing.

Hi SY mare, I totally understand what you are saying but the club did try to sign other targets in January but were unsuccessful in doing so and rather than panic they did what was possible in what is always a difficult window for all clubs. If we look at Chelsea where they took a different approach to us in January, have they and new super expensive signings set the world on fire since they arrived?
Whatever we do or don't do in life is a gamble and only time will ever tell us which of a decisions and choices were correct, your now everything is super OK, we are 6 points clear at the top of the table with 17 games to go and all our problems actually only exist in our minds as possibilities, because reality at this moment in time is actually pretty fantastic ????.
