I remember the ducking thing but apart from Koscielny I always felt Mertesacker was having to look out and cover for average centre backs such as Gabriel Paulista, Mustafi ( good heavens) Holding and obvious ly 67 the gorgeous Callum Chambers! As a member of the CB union I thought he was excellent for us ?♂️ COYG.

Absolutely Gloucestershire mate, Merteducker was definitely a combine harvester with flat tyres all round and the others definitely defended like they were several pints of scrumpy to the wind most of the time.
While todays defence give us every reason Love Love Them Do and Let It Be ????.
