we are being linked to YT and Declan Rice, with Partey, Xhaka, Jorginho, Eleny and Albert Sambi Lokonga there is no wy we can and will buy both of them . Keeping in mind Jorghino has one more year to go and Eleny has extended his contract can you Can you tell us which of the two, if not both are cooked up and which if any of them have some sort of substance?
Thanks.

{Ed002's Note - Declan Rice (DM) There may remain interest from Manchester United but they signed Casemiro so their need is less now. The interest of Manchester City went with the signing of Kalvin Phillips although I would not totally discount them. Chelsea lost out on their preferred target last summer and the club is supportive of looking again to have Declan Rice return to Chelsea, something that I understand may be acceptable to the player, but I understand they have a preferred choice. If Arsenal were to move Xhaka and Elneny on then they would have space in the squad, but they have have a preferred target. A wildcard would be Bayern Munich. West Ham will resist a move, but if the player were to push for it they would have to reconsider that position. The player has rejected offers to sign a new contract so the reality will bite this summer and West Ham have been looking at potential replacements. Will be significantly expensive.
Youri Tielemans (CM) right now he will not sign a new contract so will be available as a Free Agent in the summer. His agent confirmed that there was interest from Real Madrid who are looking for a Luka Modric replacement, but they have turned their attention elsewhere and may well extend Modric in any case. Interest from Spurs may remain. Arsenal remain keen but are considering others ahead of him and he has been approached by a third party representing Newcastle, who also cannot be discounted. Interest of Manchester United may have gone as they are looking at other midfield options but they will be back if they cannot get their first choice players. I suspect that Arsenal and Newcastle will continue to work on a transfer whilst Leicester continue to try and persuade him to sign a new contract. Wildcard will be Manchester United dropping interest in others to move for him. He is aware that other clubs, including Liverpool, have scouted the player but not declared an interest. Klopp has said that Liverpool are not looking for a midfielder; oh but they are; no they are not...................}

Gora- Xhaka plays a completely different role to those other 3. Our most likely Xhaka backups in the left 8 role are Viera and ESR but that’s not their primary position. We definitely need an upgrade in that position.

We also need a Partey successor, it’s not going to be Elneny or Jorginho obviously and I don’t think Sambi is going to work out.
