Ok it's only a couple of days away now.

We have talked a little about where we believe The Arsenal will finish. Now, let us know which first team player you're most looking forward to see how he gets on over the whole season as well as your player from the bench.

The first team player I am looking forward to how well he do is Declan Rice. Although I believe he's not yet of the fitness level as the others I think he could prove massive for us especially in the second half of the season.

From the bench I'm looking forward to see Fabio Vieira (a little beauty he is! ) step up to level expected for his worth. Somehow he reminds me of Santi Carzola.

Also expecting to see Saka climb another level.

Same as you Yard mate, Declan.
I posted here on Sunday that there is a good footballer inside Fabio somewhere.
Pretty competitive quality across the squad. Cannot remember when I have looked forward to a season with so much anticipation and a genuine belief that we can be title winners.

I'm really looking forward to seeing how Smith-Rowe shapes up.

He seems to be about 2ft taller than last season. ?.

Think Trossard for me (and Smith rowe) with both having a pre-season with us, really looking forward to (and hoping) they can progress even further. Oh. and Timber.

Saka for me, I think he is one of if not the most exciting players in the prem right now, but I am also interested in seeing how he copes with another season of being the main threat.

Off the bench, I would say Smith Rowe, I really do think this is a big big season for him, he has a lot of fans' admiration, and seems he was playing in pain, but I think he really has to cement his place in the squad this season otherwise I can see him moving on or being forgotten about.

It's ESR for me. Really hope he can kick on this year as think he's class and of course one of our own.

Hampshire, I remember your predictions from this time last year being absolutely bang on!

3rd with a serious push for the top 2.

I think we were closer than people give us credit for last season and bar a bit of experience (player and manager) and a top striker I believe we would have chased down Chelsea.

The squad is not only improved but also a year older with a full pre-season together, and I am sure Arteta will have grown from the experience last year.

the palace performance was OK but there were not many great performances from any team in the league really, clean sheet, 2 big saves from the keeper (and some silly distribution) , and a win at a ground that was the toughest for the top 6 last season.

I'm, not as convinced as most with Tottenham's business, the biggest threat from them this season is the manager who is top top draw.

Chelsea I believe will struggle, I think they were lucky last season and the rest are not good enough.

COYG!

What a call all that was! I'm coming to you for all my lottery numbers! ?.

I have a Chelsea and Tottenham colleague running scared this season after they had to pay up. Having told The Arsenal will finish above them. I was that confident ?.

Arteta Build Back Arsenal!
