Think Ed2 said many moons ago that, Rice was not our preferred option. Has we left it late to sign Caceido in January I wonder if even Caceido is our preferred option.
Could be Zubamendi or Kokcu.
Rice or Caceido would do for me but I have a feeling that we will be outbid on fee and wages on both of them players. Hope I am wrong.

Ed002 had mentioned Milinkovic-Savic as our preferred option but that was ages ago since then has also mentioned that Rice is our priority now.

I would be extremely happy with those two. I think they cover both the Partey and Xhaka roles well, so would allow us to sell Xhaka, and push Partey back as a high quality back up and to start in those league games after the mid week champions league.
