Ed14, what's your thought's on Saka? I think the majority of the game is going down the left hand side, hence is struggling to get into the game.

{Ed014's Note - really like him mate, don’t think his form has been as good as it was attacking wise but he’s working hard for the team.

He’s young, players will have worked him out a little and Pepe isn’t offering much in the way competition.

Maybe now Tommys playing again they’ll build on their relationship down the right to match Gabby and Zinny down the left.

Form is temporary class is permanent! He`ll pick up and how good will we be when he does! (Not that he`s been bad just not at his usual level yet) COYG.

I don't think he's struggling. I think he's doing an excellent job, on and off the ball. if xhaka gets a header in, he has an assist again, counts just as much for me as a goal. his defensive work is outstanding. maybe there is a lack of momentum because ben white is more defensive than tomy or cedric, but it's still dangerous when MØ and Saka combine. every time they have the ball i think ok something can happen and that's enough to know the right wing is still dangerous. the team is playing great at the moment and you just have to be happy about that, even xhaka?. the only drawback is against crystal and leicester you could see that there were phases in which the opponent looked too dangerous and we have to get better defensively as a team. especially small mistakes from the back by ramsdale and co can bring the opponent back into play and then we will also lose games like that.

I'm with Lemtin at times last season Saka and Martinellie were carrying the team and papering over the cracks, it's only natural that the more others do the less Saka has to do and he will naturally be less of the standout player week in week out, it's a very positive thing in my opinion.

For me, if he really wants to step up, while cementing his place in the World Cup, he really needs to use/ trust his right foot more. Defences will stop him cutting in so easily this season, so he needs to go outside as well, and cross with his right, and then I think he becomes really world class.

I agree with most on here about saka, I just think Martinelle is doing a great job down the other side that saka not getting mentioned much. But he's work rate and defensive work.
