About 4 weeks I contracted C.V. I was pretty rough for about 3/ 4 days and I improved quite quickly. I have been double jabbed but on the day I was supposed to get my booster I tested positive so I have to wait 28 days before I can get my booster.
Has I say I was pretty bad for a few days, but I don't know by having been double jabbed it lessened the effect. If it did lessen the effect, I would not like to have got it unvaccinated, wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy.

Glad you got over it quite OK Bill personally I'm very grateful of the vax but I do totally respect if others feel differently.
For me personally if young fit carers on minimum wage have to have the jab to keep their jobs and nurses too then I don't think it's unreasonable to expect the same from all in public facing roles to have to do the same and if an audience of over 10, must be jabbed then surely it's not unreasonable to expect the same from those who make a living from that audience.
That's just my opinion, which of course doesn't make it right but I like fairness and resent one rule for some but not for others no matter if there is cheese and wine available at a gathering or if someone earns £100k a week for kicking a ball or 9ph for caring for the elderly or working in a cinema.
Artata said yesterday he wants the rules to be the same for everyone, and on that I agree with him.

Imo and it is only my opinion, unless your medically exempt you should have the vax, personal choice should be put aside for the greater good.

It is sad Mark mate, and deliberately spreading disinformation and making up stories to try and show that disinformation to justify that disinformation is dangerous and immoral.
It really can cost lives .
People are fully entitled to their honest opinion and beliefs as long as they state them as personal beliefs but they are not entitled to use false stories to support their opinions and beliefs and put other people's lives at risk.

Hi Bill, personally I am 100% against compulsory jabs but of course I'm 100% in favour of doing all we can for the greater good.
For me jabs have to remain free choice but much like decideding whether to provide evidence for a DBR check before seeking certain jobs or even seeking to volunteer to work with any potentially vulnerable groups, if you decide not provide the required evidence then you have to accept some doors will be closed to you.
It's a ballance between protecting the the wider public while also respecting the individuals rights to chose for themselves, not easy at all but we can do is try our best to get it as close to ideal as we are capable of doing.

83 mate, it would be so easy to pull all your answers to bits but if people read what you said to Bill initially and what you are now saying, it doesn't take a genius to work out that it's impossible for them all to be true, there were no jabs available in April 2020 when you claimed to have it but now say you were talking about your family who you also claimed had caught it despite being jabed.
Craig you definitely have a very long history of making stuff up but sadly for you a very very short memory, which is a huge disadvantage for a pedlar of disinformation.

83 what is your objection? Many people who refuse the vax say it is hecause its untested. If that's the case how many doses before people agree it is safely tested?
I am confused as people happily give their babies over for vaxs, ladies happily take the pill knowing the high risk of blood clots, ditto ibuprofen, lip fillers/ botox etc.
Genuinely interested to debate this hugely important subject unless people feel its not relevant to a football fan page of course.

I am a big fan of the anti-van brigade. Worlds overpopulated so the more who make themselves more likely to leave it early is fine by me. I'm not anti Vax but also not so much buying all the hype around CV. I got vaccinated twice and still manged to catch the C.V. but it was way way softer then my flue, and the funny part neither my wife or my kid got infected from me.
My mum if she got the flue we had to rush her to the hospital and give her oxygen and she loses her breath but when she had the CV all she had is nursing it at home.
Other people my have lost their loved ones because of the C.V. so they believe otherwise.
Remember when the CV started they where showing us on TV that people in China were falling like flies on the street but it stopped. I live in Africa and the CV doesn't seem to affect them and they live normally abd not bothered by it. So I'm not sure what to believe until now.

Sorry Moe, but I am entitled to my opinion, and I really do mean it. The world is full of imbeciles, and the more that can be removed is perfect as far as I am concerned. Think of this as a stupid tax, although of course we know it’s really a selfish tax, and the world is better off without the sort of people that go and shout abuse at people queuing up for their vax. If you don’t want the vax, that’s one thing, but abusing people who do is a different level completely. I wonder how those people would like it if we, the majority who have had the vax, started a campaign to stop the NHS treating people with C.V. who chose not to have the vax.
