I honestly would rather work with the players we have rather than just buying an over priced player who won't actually make the difference. I have criticised the club and Wenger in the past, but I have to say, I am completely with Wenger this window. He is not stupid, he knows we need a top, top striker, but if we can't get the right one, then stuff the media pressure and don't waste the money.

I've been saying the same thing. Don't understand some fans mentality on this that we should sign any striker just for the sake of it.

Sorry guys but if we really want to move forward and have the money everyone says we have then we go and get Benzema Lewendowski or Cavani.
One of them is a must if we stand any chance of a top 2 finish in my opinion

I'm sorry but i don't see how "we went for benzema" if that were truly the case why would we not have a second or third choice in the pipeline?
We keep having directors or board members spewing nonsense about how big we are and how much we can spend, so tell me why if we went for him did it all die so easily?
