Does anyone think the rules have become too complicated?

When there are 5 or 6 different scenarios to decide if a player is offside it just feels wrong to me.

The acronym KIS comes to mind, Sally. Keep it simple. The more complicated we make anything, then obviously the more chaos and confusion there's going to be.
