If we had won our 3 opening games and were playing really well plus won at Newcastle giving us maximum pionts going into the international break then struggled on our return, there'd be little Arsene or anyone else could do to strengthen us before January no matter who was in charge.
But luckily for us there's still time to do something about our situation surely there's no logical reason not to get some help in even if it costs a bit more than the going rate to do so.
Surely no other manager with decent money to spend would wasste this opportunity to make to increase the chances of success.

I agree, and I have feeling so does Arsene.

As Confuscious say, "logic does not reside in the land of the stubborn".

I actually just made that up, but you get my drift.

If he's left it until the end to benefit from some domino effect and it goes wrong and we end up with no one, you have to say it's an amateur mistake

Very early days for me to make the following comment BUT

If AW doesn't sign anyone and we have the injuries that we are so used to , then for Top Four will be a struggle . If and it is only an If , we do finish 5th then for me I will be calling for AW to leave...............of course he wont. But he could have been forgiven in seasons past as we knew money was tight but its not anymore .

If signing someone is as hard as AW says then why don't other clubs ever seem to struggle, let's sack our negotiator then.

One lucky signing of 11million pounds, I'm expecting more .

Lot of if's I know but this season we will be stretched I feel

If there is cell in your brain that thinks we won't finish top 4, then you simply don't get it. We have made top 4 with teams less than half as good as this. Top 4 will be a walk.
