110% agree with SY! Raya to gabs gabs to saliba saliba to partey partey to ode ode to saka, saka slows it down passes to ode he passes to partey he passes to saliba he passes to gabs he passes to timber timber to martinilli he cuts in passes to rice he passes to gabs etc etc it’s waaaay to slow Fulham scored with 3 touch’s, it’s boring and easy to defend against unless there’s a perfect ball through! I’m sorry I don’t care if the fantastic two don’t like this but we bottled it last year bottled it the year before and looks like the same this year, signings were needed were not brought in, instead we spent the whole window messing about with two signings then panicked with Sterling, we need a big big player on the left like nico or the Milan kid leao (I think it’s that ) and for me a striker that can score 20/ 25 league goals don’t see why we didn’t go for Toney! We need an isak or someone who can bang them in like gyokeres I think either would be perfect play on the last defender none of this 678 passes crap I’d rather lump it up and score.

Without our full strength defence we are asking for trouble just pushing up and not leaving cover at the back we tried that yesterday and they scored at first opportunity. Will be interesting to see if Ateta can address the problems highlighted in the first half of the season in january but i'm not holding my breath as know January is not easy to strenthen squad and we don't have edu. Top 4 finish is what I am looking for now and a cup win and then address our issues in summer. Forget the league cncentrate on each indvidual game like pep keeps saying even chelsea don't talk about winning the league to take the pressure of the team.

I agree 100% we need a really good striker. Trouble is there aren't many available and those that do become available will be able to pick and choose their next club. Let's hope Arsenal can convince someone to join us, preferably sooner rather than later!

Meanwhile I'd give Martinelli a try through the middle. Kai is not the striker we need but I'm happy with him generally so wouldn't give up on him.
I'd love Jesus to get a couple of goals, he is so rusty with limited game time but I'm sure he hasn't become a bad player overnight.

The only player I am concerned about is Trossard. Not sure why. I don't think he is happy as a backup player so perhaps he should be let go.

Regarding the game yesterday, very disappointing of course. I watched the Spurs v Chelsea game after and the difference was startling. It was an open game so it was free flowing football. Totally opposite. We needed to find a way to cut through the very effective Fulham defence but we couldn't. That definitely needs to be addressed.

I didn't agree with Partey playing right back, it didn't work when he was there previously and he was missed in midfield yesterday.

Anyway let's see what happens next. We are a good team, perhaps not quite the best, but nevertheless up there amongst them :)

In fairness, what quality strikers are actually available?

Toney - not the sort of player to run himself into the ground in games for the team. Only ever wanted the money, he's getting it now.

Isak - cracking player on his day, but you would have to be worried about his injury record? Great when he's available but not consistently available is he?

I agree overall though, jeez an Arsenal with the likes of an Henry on the left and an Ian Wright type in the centre would be unreal lads - you have a cracking defence, a solid keeper and a decent midfield too

We are Are all positive at times but some people can’t take criticism of the team when we play poorly they accuse people of only coming on when we lose lol when it’s always the same people that post win lose or draw! They only see what they want too see sally and then they love a moan at people! Those people don’t like criticism when it’s apart of life I’m a gunner win lose or draw if we win I’ll say we played well etc if we lose I’ll say why I think we lost if people don’t like that all they have to do is scroll past it’s not hard but they have nothing better to do.

Mal I’m not into name and shaming, people know who they are, the minute someone slates the team they are on it like a tramp on a bag of chips, I’m not into saying people are past members or accusing people of being banned members just to get them kicked off, I’ve been watching this group for 10 years I know what’s gone on and I’ve seen it as an outsider (non poster) if people can’t take criticism faster a dreadful performance just scroll past comments or take it with a pinch of salt! but the same can be said about defending the team just because someone defends the team does not mean you should start referring to them as tramps on bags of chips. Also it may help your cause if you do pop up when the team are doing well and praise them.

We are all different and if we all respected each others opinions the world would be a much better place. Unfortunatley its not like that so take the rough with the smooth and learn to live with it.
