Xhaka. Enough enough enough. Takes off Ceballos-100per cent effort today, attacking defending, takes him off For whatever attributes Emery sees in Xhaka, he slows the game down to walking pace, is a liability defensively and appears to show no leadership on the pitch. Emery believes he is a great professional around the training ground. Great, leave him there, build up team spirit with the tea lady. I know it is not all of his fault but there has to be some visible vocal leadership on the pitch and there is none.

So encroachment isn’t allowed when taking a goal kick, the ref can’t see it happening the linesman can’t see it happening and VAR isn’t allowed to interfere when someone does it which then leads to scoring a goal, what is the point of that rule.

I think Emery is blackmailed by Xhaka. He probably has some embarassing pictures of the boss.

Just wish we could give the guy some support We should all now be aware that we don't need a quick fix. If it is Arteta then get behind him and hope he can build a team over the next couple of seasons. Its not a case of being a yes man, the club work within financial restraints and as such will need time. I for one am glad that we didn't go Mourinhio.
