Of the none CBs where interest was there to some degree or another - one signed, two went elsewhere, five remain where they are leaving Jonny Evans who is injured - so nothing is likely there. Nacho Monreal remains - so the LBs are not required. The GK situation will continue until the summer.}

I wonder if they'll go for giroud ed. He s not getting much game time and with the world cup coming up that maybe a good move for him. Think he would do well in Germany.

Are Dortmund looking at Giroud? Or is it paper talk. As you have previously said before swaps and part ex makes transfers more complicated and drawn out as seen with the Sanchez miki swap. Also if you don’t mind me pressing are arsenal more focused on bringing in attacking or defensive reinforcements . Thanks in advance.

I don't think it's a case of no funds it's just with transfers, wages, agents fees etc, this will all have to be taken into account also, I dare say Miki and Aubameyang will come with a hefty wage bill, also renewing the likes of Ozil, Wilshere and Ramsey will not be cheap, therefore any other targets will be for the summer no doubt.
