To add to the Ramsdale debate - I was definitely on the fence when he signed, but more so because of the bizarre decision making with Martinez. Nothing really to do with Ramsdale as I hadnt really watched him play much.

However, I think he has been nothing short of outstanding! Not just his saves, his kicking or his massive body language and personality - his confidence and 'banter' to join in with the crowds sh*taaaaah chant is brilliant! I loved that moment, you can see the passion and joy he already has for the club! He is totally what we needed. Well done!

You know what? Well done to you two! You see a LOT of complaining on sites like this, but not very often when fans will step back, assess the outcome of something they were previously complaining about, and say, "You know what, I was wrong. They got this one spot on".

So once again, well done you two.

Thanks Sharpey mate. We all have opinions, usually driven by passion and emotion, but definitely good to hold our hands up transparently. I was not even remotely excited by Ramsdale initially, but he has quickly become an early icon for the club! Can only credit Edu and the recruitment team for clearly seeing something nobody else could. Early days, but I bloody love him haha!

I too have to hold my hands up on Ramsdale. I wasn’t at all happy going ahead with Leno and I thought Ramsdale signing and fee was outrageous for a player to come in as a back up. But I think a lot of that was driven by the anger of allowing Martinez to leave.
Looking at it now Ramsdale is epitomising what it means to play for Arsenal and his attitude is rubbing off on fans and players alike. Been a long time since I’ve connected with an Arsenal player like that and I’m sure many feel the same.
Odegaard I’m still very underwhelmed with I’ve said it a dozen times here he is far too passive but I hope the penny drops soon for him because his game desperately needs some cut and thrust.
Arteta i'm still on the fence with regarding making big decisions in the big moments and also when it comes to man managing and giving players opportunities to get a run of form going. He got it absolutely spot on vs Leicester tho so I’m happy to be proven wrong.
