What are peoples thoughts on Chambers? Should we sell? Should we give him some time under Emery's regime seeing as he spent the season on loan, especially given the fact that defensively we have been poor? He has been named as Fulhams POTY which I guess if we looked to sell, it would help to increase his value?

Cons:
- he has been relegated twice
- he's slow
- he has not noticeably grown as a player

Pros:
- neither of those relegations were his fault and he was appreciated by both Boro and Fulham
- homegrown
- better than Mustafi in CB
- more potential than Elneny
- provides cover for CB, RB, and CDM

Pros outweigh the cons for me. I think he's done as well as he possibly could in the Fulham situation and certainly deserves a shot over Mustafi, especially if Monreal and/ or Kos are leaving.

Chambers simply isn't good enough at the top level. Being Fulham's player of the year in a relegated team may make him more saleable, but he wouldn't be good enough for any of the four teams above us, nor Manu U below us.
The rebuilding job the club have is huge and we need to raise funds to bring in another 4 or 5 players this summer, especially as Cech, Ramsey and Welbeck are departing.
We reportedly have a £40m budget, which will increase if we win tomorrow and qualify for next season's CL. However, we have to raise funds by selling players, so a potential sale fee of £15-20m for Chambers will help in this respect.

He’d be a perfectly good squad player with his versatility for any of teams above us. Wouldn’t be upset if Arsenal went either way on him.

If we could get 20m for him then that would a be steal. IMO AMN has a higher ceiling at CM and can provide adequate cover for RB. Selling Chambers for 20m and re-investing that e.g putting it towards getting a top defender seems the most logical option.
