Rumours now circling about Fabian Ruiz, any truth in these Ed?

{Ed002's Note - Fabian Ruiz (CM/DM/AM) is still seen by Real Madrid as a replacement for Kroos and/or Modric but is not first choice - although they could still turn to him and are keeping their interest known to Napoli. There have been discussions with his agent involving Manchester City and Bayern Munich. Napoli have also met and spoken with Barcelona who see him as a possible replacement for Pjanic. I am not aware of any approach to his agent or Napoli by Liverpool. His agent thinks that Arsenal, PSG and Manchester United could also look to him. Do not lose sight of Inter.}

seen some joao felix rumoured to arsenal, i'm aware most of it is made up, just wondering if joao felix would be on the move considering athletico have player very poorly with the squad they have.

not sure if they are contemplating a change of manager rather than players.
