Hi Eds,

Any truth in the reports saying we have submitted a bid of around 30m for Lucas Vazquez? Would be embarrassing if so, given that much younger, more dangerous wingers seem available for the same price.

{Ed002's Note - Putting aside whether or not a firm offer has been made, Arsenal have been offered the player after Inter Milan eased their interest as their focus changed to other players. Lucas Vazquez is one of many Real Madrid players being moved on and the club will be open to an offer around €30M or so. West Ham also enquired about the player. Arsenal have been unable to afford or tempt the players they want at RW and are looking to the likes of Vazquez and Malcom.}

Cheers Ed, do you think Vazquez or Malcom would be more likely? I hope Malcom (im guessing a loan with option to buy) as he seems more of a threat regarding beating players 1v1 and is more speedy.

Fair enough Ed, can you answer this question- due to your extensive knowledge of Arsenal’s financial situation, financially who is easier to obtain?
