{Ed002's Note - Nothing is agreed beyond PSG telling Wolfsburg that they will pay the asking price. Julian Draxler will have to decide if he wants to move there or, if Arsenal agree the asking price, whether he would like to move to London. Juventus are out of the picture now.}
