the daily express is reporting that Wenger is lining up a bid for Brazilian midfielder Romulo from Spartak Moscow in the January window, with Yaya Sanogo as part of the deal. An ounce of truth in that?

That's probably the reason Wenger wants him, and the report is only half correct he's being bought to keep Sanogo company in the medical room.
